  • What does my dog need to bring?

  • Your dog will need to bring enough food for their stay - and that's it! We will provide everything they could need. You are of course welcome to bring your dogs own bed, toys or anything else you think will make their stay more comfortable.

  • My dog needs a lot of exercise... how often do you walk them?

  • We will always take your dog on a morning and evening walk - and with all the play time during the day even the most high energy dogs will be ready for their beds when you come to collect them.

  • Where do you walk the dogs?

  • We will take your dog to some of the best open spaces in Bristol, including Ashton Court, Brean Sands and Leigh Woods to name just a few!

  • My dog is too old to run around all day... can you still look after them?

  • Absolutely. If any of the dogs staying with us don't fancy a walk, there is always someone back at the house to keep them company while the others are away and take them for a quiet stroll. We can tailor the care we provide to almost any specific needs - just let us know when you book with us.

  • My dog is a tiny puppy... will he be okay?

  • Of course! Puppies are our favourite customers and we always take extra care of our littlest visitors - just take a look at our gallery!

  • Do I have to bring my dogs food or do you provide it?

  • It is always best for you to dog to eat what he is used to. We can feed your dog our own food for a small extra fee.

  • What time can we drop our dogs off with you?

  • We will try and be as flexible as we can to accommodate you -just let us know.

  • Will you be able to pick up / drop off my dog from my house?

  • It is a possibility for an extra charge - please call to discuss with us

  • My dog loves the bed he slept on! Can we buy one from you?

  • Our beds are "hi k-9" and all our dogs seem to love them. You can buy one from at a discounted price in sizes from XS up to XXL - we even have bunk beds!
